Never trust talent scouts, even if they hand out their company name card to you
they might be people of various position such as:

And they are usually at places hunting people:
1. Bugis
2.Orchard Road
3.Central

And what i heard from rumors is that most of them are scams who will ask you to pay a certain amount of money such as 450$ for yr own portfolio, fees,3 months training etc.
What people argued out there is that if they are really searching for talents and they are willing to groom you, they wont charge you for any amount. : D

there are still cases they got deals from starhubs,loreal singtel etc
it is really up to the customer from this co actually.
